To upgrade your firmware with a Mac computer you will need the free RadBeacon for Mac app.

If you do not have access to a Mac please contact us at the email above to arrange for a replacement. If you don't have access or means to check, you can contact us at upgrade your RadBeacon USB firmware you will need a Mac computer running OS X 10.10 or later. If you aren't sure, you can check your Beacons firmware. We recommend using firmware version 3.2.3 for any use with the Simple In/Out platform. If you purchased a RadBeacon USB device from Simple In/Out it is possible it has older firmware and may not work consistently with Simple In/Out.
